John Nelson

John, the company founder and senior consultant, has 23 years of professional software design and development experience in defense, aerospace, telecom, finance, commercial and applied research environments. Mr. Nelson was awarded a Batchelor of Science degree in computer science from the University of Maryland in 1981 and is currently working on his Masters degree in computer science at George Mason University.

Mr. Nelson has developed software on Unix / Linux, NeXTStep, Sun OS / Solaris, Windows, Mac OS and Mac OS X platforms. His programming language skills and experience include C/C++, Objective C, Excel, Access, Visual Basic, ASP.NET, C#, HTML and Java. He has also developed enterprise applications on Sybase, SQL Server and Oracle databases.

Mr. Nelson is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Association For Computing Machinery, Association for the Advancement of Science, American Association for Artificial Intelligence and the Society of Market Technicians.
